After graduating Southington High School in 1998 Mike moved to Boston to attend the culinary program at Newbury College, upon graduation in 2000, Truss began working at some of Boston's finest restaurants.
Since then Mike has worked across the country, spanning the map from Connecticut's coast line to California's wine and culinary Mecca of Sonoma. Mike was the owner and chef at the popular Napoli Restaurant in Southington before joining our team.
